On Kobe:
I'm not a fan of the Lakers' Kobe Bryant, but I am a fan of the premise that someone, in our justice system, is presumed innocent, until proven guilty. Can someone please step up and make sure that this pending rape trial does not become a media circus like the O.J. trial did? If Kobe is guilty, he should be held accountable. If he didn't, he should not be stigmatized by an accusation. Adultery (which Bryant admits) is irresponsible enough. Hopefully, Kobe was cognizent enough to know (and successfully recall) right from wrong, and we can be done with this tabloid mess.Labels: Archives_2003
