Well, they wouldn't side with the US on the war on terrorism, but they are going to fight something. Bad cheese. According to Reuters, Greece has formed a special "feta police" to ensure that a repeat of an incident this week where two tons of listeria-laced feta were shipped to Norway. Says Agricultural Minister Giorgios Dris: "We will be merciless." No word yet from the PETF (People for the Ethical Treatment of Feta).Labels: Archives_2003
