Mass Exodus:
Today's Hartford Courant cites a Census report that Connecticut had the New England region's highest rate of migration. Should this surprise anyone, given the fact that property and income taxes are so high here? If Moses shepherded the Israelites today in Connecticut, he would be leading them to the "promised land" of New Hampshire as we speak.Labels: Archives_2003
